Travel Supplier Refunds
Heels in the Sky Travel works with third-party travel suppliers. All payments made toward travel bookings are subject to the refund policies of the individual supplier, including:
• Airlines
• Hotels and resorts
• Cruise lines
• Tour operators
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the supplier.
Service Fees
If Heels in the Sky Travel charges planning or service fees, those fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Cancellations
If you cancel your trip, any refunds will depend on the supplier’s cancellation policy.
Heels in the Sky Travel is not responsible for supplier refusal to issue refunds.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered cancellations.
Processing Time
