In order to offer the highest level of service, a Travel Planning Fee may apply. Purpose of the Planning Fee The Travel Planning Fee covers the time and expertise involved in researching, designing, and coordinating your customized travel experience. This includes: • Personalized travel research • Customized itinerary planning • Supplier coordination • Travel recommendations • Consultation time Planning Fee Amount Planning fees typically range from: • $25 – Simple hotel or single-service bookings • $50 – Domestic vacation packages • $75 – International travel planning • $100 or more – Complex itineraries, group travel, or multi-destination trips You will always be informed of the exact fee before planning begins. When the Fee Is Charged The Travel Planning Fee is charged after the initial consultation and before detailed planning and booking services begin. Non-Refundable Policy Travel Planning Fees are non-refundable once planning and research have started, regardless of whether the trip is booked. Fee Application In some cases, the planning fee may be applied toward your final booking. This is determined at the discretion of Heels in the Sky Travel.
